Lebohang Sefojane brings a rare combination of intellectual rigour and creative sensibility to Portfolio Creative. Educated at the University of Pretoria with a BA in Political Science and International Relations, and holding a TESOL certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand Language School, she built her foundation on understanding people — how they think, communicate, and engage across cultural contexts.

With over five years specialising in copywriting and editing for brand strategy, she works at the intersection of language and design: ensuring that the words behind Portfolio Creative's client work are as precise and considered as the visuals. As Client Relations Manager, she is also the connective tissue between client vision and studio execution — translating briefs into direction, and feedback into clarity.

In 2016, she won the annual DIRCO Essay Writing Competition, earning a place at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation Minister's budget vote. She is currently completing an MA in Education Leadership at Liverpool John Moores University — a pursuit that reflects her belief in communication as a tool for access, not just aesthetics.

Based in Shanghai, Lebohang manages Portfolio Creative's Asia and Middle East client relationships, bringing a fluency in cross-cultural communication that shapes how the studio approaches global briefs.
